Our Story:

Scattered was founded by Sampreet Arneja and Arielle Warten, both of whom share a deep passion for blending psychology, sociology, and the arts to promote mental well-being. Diagnosed with ADHD, both founders found solace and inspiration through the unique combination of mindfulness and automatic writing, a technique they have refined into what is now known as the Headspace Method. Their personal experiences and professional backgrounds have shaped Scattered’s mission to provide accessible mental health tools and resources to a diverse audience.

Our Approach:

We utilize the Headspace Method, which combines guided mindfulness meditation with automatic writing techniques. This method allows participants to tap into their subconscious, fostering a deeper conversation with oneself and unlocking emotions and ideas that are often filtered out in daily life.
