Inspired by personal experiences with ADHD and neurodivergent conditions, the method aims to channel overwhelming thoughts into creative and therapeutic expression.
This method encourages individuals to embrace and explore their chaotic thoughts, transforming them into introspective art and fostering mindfulness.
Our Approach

Meditative Sessions: Guided mindfulness meditation sessions designed to induce a deeply reflective and calm state of mind, preparing participants for the writing process.

Automatic Writing: Encouraging spontaneous, continuous, and unfiltered writing exercises that help participants tap into their deeper thoughts and emotions without self-censorship.
